The Law And Grace: Part 2

The Law And Grace Part:1
The Law And Grace: Part 2

Then the Lord did something strange!!

Ex:24,v-9 Then went up Moses and Abihu and 70 of the elders of Israel. v-10 And they saw the God of Israel: and there were under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness. v-11 And upon the nobles of the children of Israel he laid not his hand: also they saw God, and did eat and drink.

The bottom line of the animal sacrifice law; it was temporary, a schoolmaster to teach us if you sin something must die an animal or the man, the wages of sin is death.

And we are to be clean that bear the vessel of the Lord. God put this law together because of sin to save the seed Jesus was to come through by killing an animal and save the man, and to have a priest to make an atonement. Jesus is an Israelite Rom:9,1-5

2Corth:3-13 Israel could not see the end of the law, the animal sacrifice law, and the Levitical Priesthood. They couldn't see themselves as God.

Even so today many Israelite's disrespect the priesthood of Melchizedek looking back to a law that is nonfunctional the animal sacrifice law and a priesthood that is over. Dan:9-27

Sure we understand even from the time of Adam and Eve to all the prophets everything God said for you to do, he still expects you to do it today, except he changes it.

If perfection were by Levi, there was no need for another priest called after the order of Melchizedek and not after the order of Aaron, with a new law from a different tribe. Not a law after carnal commandments, but after the power of an endless life. Heb:7,12-18

Heb;7-22  By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament

Heb:8,6-7
v-6 But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises
v-7 For if that first covenant had been faultless then should no place have been sought for the second.

I must reiterate Gal:3,10-14  For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is everyone that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.
v-11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for the just shall live by faith.
v-12 And the law is not of faith: but The man that doeth them shall live in them.
v-13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us, for it is written, Cursed is everyone that hangeth on a tree:
v-14 That the blessings of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

So, if you find something in the law under Aaron's administration which is over, and attempt to do it now and it`'s not current and continued into the new covenant, you have to do the whole law.

v-10 You are cursed, for it is written, Cursed is everyone that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. Impossible, you can not do them.

"We have a new High Priest" Jesus!

Have you forgotten, there is a new High Priest from a different tribe with a new law that's so simple many can't see it. He came with two things bread and wine dealing with sin and righteousness, follow him. Ps:37-37. Aaron's administration is over.

Let's take a look at some of the things that happened in Jesus' ministry before and after he became High Priest.

Matt:3,16-17 And Jesus when he was baptized went up straightway out of the water: and lo the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him.
v-17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, this is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Here Jesus was anointed for ministry, the power of God was upon him.

From the beginning of his ministry, Jesus gave hints of how different he operated as opposed to the old administration.

We know God anointed Jesus to preach the gospel of the Kingdom of God saying repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Matt:4-17

Acts:10-38

How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

Didn't the Lord say:

Jer:31-33  Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:

32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD:

33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

The covenant God made with our fathers was consummated with animal blood which was no better than their own blood but it was sufficient at the time, God approved it. Animals didn't sin man did so man had to fix it.

There was not a man on earth fit or clean enough to be a sacrifice for the sins of mankind so God sent Jesus

Heb:10-4-7,9,12-14  For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins.

5 Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:

6 In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure.

7 Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God.

9 Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.

12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;

13 From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.

14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

No more animal blood, now in the new covenant we are under the precious Blood of Jesus.

Heb:9,13-15  For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh:

14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.

Rev:1,4-5  4 John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne;

5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,

Now let me show you how Jesus dealt with the unclean even before he became High Priest.

Matt:9,20-22 The woman with the issue of blood/ thy faith hath made whole/ at the rulers house v-23-25 the young maid was dead; Jesus took her by the hand and she arose alive. No rituals no washings or counting days.

Jesus continued in ministry yet teaching  preaching and healing all manner of sickness and disease. Everyone of these people were unclean and had no effect on Jesus why? He was anointed.

After he was raised from the dead, let's see did any thing change.

Aaron/ if you sinned you had to kill an animal and go through the ceremony for the priest to make an atonement, remember this administration is over. Lev:4-31.... Jesus/ if you sin repent,  Acts:2-38...simple. What happens if you touch a dead person?

Acts:20,9-12
And there sat in a window a certain young man named Eutychus, being fallen into a deep sleep: and as Paul was long preaching, he sunk down with sleep, and fell down from the third loft, and was taken up dead.
10 And Paul went down, and fell on him, and embracing him said, Trouble not yourselves; for his life is in him.
11 When he therefore was come up again, and had broken bread, and eaten, and talked a long while, even till break of day, so he departed.
12 And they brought the young man alive, and were not a little comforted.

Acts:28,1-10
And when they were escaped, then they knew that the island was called Melita
2 And the barbarous people shewed us no little kindness: for they kindled a fire, and received us every one, because of the present rain, and because of the cold.
3 And when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks, and laid them on the fire, there came a viper out of the heat, and fastened on his hand.
4 And when the barbarians saw the venomous beast hang on his hand, they said among themselves, No doubt this man is a murderer, whom, though he hath escaped the sea, yet vengeance suffereth not to live.
5 And he shook off the beast into the fire, and felt no harm.
6 Howbeit they looked when he should have swollen, or fallen down dead suddenly: but after they had looked a great while, and saw no harm come to him, they changed their minds, and said that he was a god.
7 In the same quarters were possessions of the chief man of the island, whose name was Publius; who received us, and lodged us three days courteously.
8 And it came to pass, that the father of Publius lay sick of a fever and of a bloody flux: to whom Paul entered in, and prayed, and laid his hands on him, and healed him.
9 So when this was done, others also, which had diseases in the island, came, and were healed:
10 Who also honoured us with many honours; and when we departed, they laded us with such things as were necessary.

All those people were unclean, however, Paul could care less why?; he knew he was anointed in covenant with Jesus under his blood and was safe from all unclean things or people.

What about the woman on her period in Christ, is she clean or unclean? Let's take a look!!!

First ask yourself this question? Is there anything unclean in Christ. My answer is no: now let me give you some information out of the KJV Bible. Let's look in the old covenant and see what God had to say about it.

Lev:15,19-33...The issue is the blood,

In Ex:24,5-8.... The Blood Covenant God made with Israel, what kind of blood? animal blood that was no better than human blood. However it sufficed because God ordered it until the coming of Jesus.

In the new covenant were under the Blood of Jesus, that went behind the Vail in heaven and was received by the Most Holy God confirming the New Covenant in his Blood

2Corth:5,16-18: If any-man be in Christ.....Gal:3-27...Baptized into Christ have put on Christ, Acts;17-28...In him we live move and have our being

Jn:14-15, If you love me keep my commandments, v-21, v-23

I have given you information concerning this matter

2Corth7,1-2  Let us cleanse yourself from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit perfecting holiness in the fear of the Lord. How? With the word of God.

Ephe;5,25-26
25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

Rom:5,8-9  But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. v-9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.

Jesus was telling Israel: you have me now as your God and high priest that's all you need. Aaron's priesthood could bring nothing to perfection, but Jesus Priesthood will perfect all things even your eternal salvation. Heb:5-9

Conclusion

Heb:9,11-14
But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building;
12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.
13 For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh:
14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?

When Jesus entered into the Most Holiest Place Ever and presented his blood to the Most Holiest God Ever and his blood was received, that was the confirmation of the new covenant in his blood and his priesthood.

The blood of Jesus is the very foundation the new covenant stand on, And this blood will never lose its power. And they overcame him (the devil) by the blood of the lamb and by the words of their testimony Rev:12-11.

The bread and the wine is what Jesus our God, Lord, and High Priest after the order of Melchizedek came and put on the table, He made it simple. Stay in covenant with God and live forever with Him as God.
